SRHS has created additional material to accompany our latest exhibition (on the artist Frank Brown), and this is now available on YouTube
As SRHS members will know, the Society has recently launched its new and latest exhibition at our museum. It has already gained a significant amount of local press and radio coverage.
The Society is delighted to announce that we have now released a film about Frank, his work and his life. It also includes interviews with Ripley residents – both family and friends – who have known him since childhood.
The film, which runs to 20 minutes, is a cooperative effort by Society members. It can be viewed on YouTube at https://youtu.be/x365FHpI_fc and is not restricted just to Society members, so you are welcome to ‘spread the word’.
